ERGO 90 DAY RETURN POLICY
All ERGO Grips products are made in the U.S.A. to the highest standards. If for any reason, a customer wishes to return an ERGO product within 90 days of receiving, one may do so.
If the product was purchased through a Distributor or Dealer, please attempt to conduct the return through them. All products returned must be UNUSED & UNMODIFIED. Please call Customer Service at 877-281-3783 to initiate the return. Customer must pay the shipping cost to return product. Proof of purchase and restocking fee may be required.

ERGO SHIPPING POLICY for E-COMMERCE ORDERS
Free shipping applies for orders over $150 USD within the contiguous United States. USPS will be utilized to fulfill most shipments. ERGO Grips reserves the right to use any alternate means of shipping necessary to achieve a timely and cost effective delivery to our customers.
For all international orders, FEDEX will be used for most orders or the best possible shipping method. The customer pays all shipping for international orders.
*Contiguous United States does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or other territories under the jurisdiction of the United States
ERGO LIFETIME WARRANTY:
All ERGO Grips products are made in the U.S.A. to the highest standards and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Supplier warrants to the original end user customer of its Products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Supplier warrants to the original end user of its Products that Products that are damaged during normal use will be replaced.
Supplier will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Supplier on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.
If Supplier is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any damage to any Product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, repair, or modification. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any Products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to applicable law. This limited lifetime warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Products or for Products that are damaged during use. Supplier is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with removing or installing Supplier’s Products. Licensee/Reseller may require Proof of purchase from the original end user in order to request warranty service. Supplier reserves the right to change the terms of the limited lifetime warranty at any time and without prior notice.
If the product was purchased directly from ERGO Grips, please call Customer Service at 877-281-3783 to start your warranty return. ERGO will pay the shipping for a warranty item to be returned.
If the product was purchased through a Distributor or Dealer, please handle the return of the product through that Distributor or Dealer directly and follow their policy. If unable to or unsuccessful, please contact ERGO directly.
