Don’t even think about buying this unless you have a Dremel, some files, a good drill, and a lot of patience. Needed all of those to put a B5 grip on a hi-end stamped receiver. This piece required a lot of fitting on both the receiver side and the grip side and the hole in the grip had to be altered. The demo video shows it being installed too far away from the trigger guard – that’s easier but you aren’t going to want to use it like that. It came in Ergo packaging, but it’s made by Ace Doublestar and although it is sold by a number of vendors under different names, it appears to be your only option for putting an AR grip on an AK.
